I am an LCSW and Certified Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master/ Teacher with over 25 years experience .

I connect with intuition and energy to uncover and awaken both spiritual growth and psychological development. Helping to embrace and embody the concept that we are spiritual beings on a human journey.

I am always seeking ways to enhance my own personal growth and development. In creating art I find meaning and harmony. I enjoy taking nature hikes, photography, collage, and painting. Over the past 15 years I have also studied and practiced various types of meditation, tai-chi, yoga and Reiki and continue to deepen my work with crystals. I am fluent in French and proficient in Spanish and conversational Italian.
